Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck44l ("ck44l", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck44l website at ck44l.app, its sub-pages, games, services, and all content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. To register and maintain an active account on ck44l, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• 5You must use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account and forfeiture of any funds held within it.

Opening and Managing Your ck44l Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If ck44l detects that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ck44l accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. ck44l does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

ck44l offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the Platform:

• 1Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have a fully verified ck44l account and who meet the eligibility requirements stated for each specific offer. One bonus per promotion per player applies unless otherwise stated.
• 2All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. • 3ck44l reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, including in cases where ck44l believes the offer has been claimed in error, through fraudulent means, or in breach of these Terms.
• 4Players who are determined to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled, any associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts suspended.
• 5Free spins granted as part of a bonus offer are subject to the maximum winnings cap stated in the applicable promotion terms. Winnings from free spins exceeding the stated cap will not be credited to your account.

Conduct That Is Strictly Prohibited on ck44l

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held within the account subject to review and potential forfeiture:

• 1Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same name or a different name, or using another person's identity to register an account.
• 2Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated mechanism to interact with any game, feature, or service on the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• 3Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, or sharing information with other players in real-time that provides an unfair competitive advantage.
• 4Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including proceeds of crime or money laundering. ck44l is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• 5Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or malfunction in any game or Platform feature in order to gain an unfair advantage or obtain winnings that would not otherwise be payable. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be forfeited.

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the ck44l Platform — including but not limited to the ck44l brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ck44l and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck44l. Unauthorised use of any ck44l intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44l, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if ck44l has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ck44l does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside ck44l's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ck44l's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Gambling involves financial risk. ck44l is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their use of the Platform.
